Description: As the NC State University Libraries prepared for a big migration, we started to wonder: how do users really engage with discovery? To find answers, we took a deep dive into analytics with help from Python, Github, Copilot, and ChatGPT. This presentation will describe the process used and insights gained.
About the Presenter:
Kristen Wilson is the Discovery Systems Manager at North Carolina State University Libraries. She leads the team responsible for development and support of the Libraries’ core software including the integrated library system, discovery, ILL and physical space reservations. She occasionally dabbles in Python programming.
