Host an Online Meeting or Webinar
Committee, division, and interest group members can use the association’s Zoom account to host affiliated meetings and webinars.
To use the GLA Zoom account for your event, please submit a GLA Zoom Scheduling Request.
- Your group’s email address is the preferred contact email.
- Requests should be made 3 months in advance of your planned event.
- Responses to requests can take up to 5 business days.

Post a Webinar to GLA’s Vimeo Account
Committees, division, and interest group members can post their webinar recordings to GLA’s Vimeo account.
To post your group’s webinar to Vimeo please submit a GLA Vimeo Upload Request.
- Uploads to the GLA Vimeo account may take up to 10 business days to process.
- Only webinar recordings are added to GLA’s Vimeo account. Meeting recordings and notes should be posted to your group’s Google Drive account.
