GLA Scholarships
Each year, GLA awards two scholarships to individuals pursuing Master's degrees in Library and Information Science. The Beard Scholarship ($1,500) and Hubbard Scholarship ($3,000) are meant to offset the high cost of pursuing further education. Recipients must commit to working in a Georgia library for one year after graduation. |
BIPOC Travel Grant The goal of this travel grant is to support BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) members of the GLA Black Caucus in attending and participating in the annual Georgia Libraries Conference. The award amount is $350.00. |
